Refund Policy

We make every effort to describe each item in as detailed a manner as possible with regard to size, color, and fabric. Thus, all sales are final. If you are to receive a refund for your order it will be for the full amount after processing fees are taken out. If you receive a damaged product or there’s an error with your order, shoot an email over to RozeLosAngeles@gmail.com and we will exchange your items or issue a full refund. We ask that damages be submitted via email within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please do not send any returns to Roze LA prior to speaking with our Customer Service. Packages returned without authorization will not be accepted. While we will do everything within our power to make an order right, we reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.
